alrighty changed the computer back to the new one after fixing those wires and i have fuel pump noise and pressure on the rail but now i have no spark. Changed the ignition coil and the corroded connector to the coil and still no spark. on a side note i have an orange and possibly white live...

Alrighty solved two problems with that information. First off the eec relay was missing a red wire I found out it was inserted in the fuel pump relay in a blank spot then turned the key on and still no power to the red wire did some...
I thought the eec relay is turned on with the ignition then it runs through the computer then through the fuel pump relay ABS the computer work like a timer telling the pump to only fire for 2 seconds and not run again until a certain rpm is reached.
Should be a small ground wire on the battery negative cable that runs the grounds for your fuel pumps that might be disconnected. Had the same problem on 2 different 2.9s

I jumpered it and the pump stays going I then had fuel in the fuel rail. Tried starting and would not start. Turned off pump right away because I'm scared it was gonna break a line or something lol
