Hi people! Got a shell off a ranger at a junkyard sometimes ago. But discovered, the dimensions of the shell, seems to be different slightly with my '95 ranger bed.
Below in the pictures attached are two ways i have temporarily installed the shell cover, inorder to modify it to fit my bed...
Another problem i think i may encouter is, how does one modify the transmission shift to fit a ranger? On the 1UZ, and other Asian vehicles, the shift level position is not at the steering location, but floor. Asian vehicles that have had their shift level at the exact points where ford has had...
Just curious here. Won't the sits from a '95 or so, 4.6l limousine fit? It's leather, and somehow comfortable.

A. Camper shell installation and size?
I got a camper shell some months ago, which i intend to install on my ,'95 ranger truck.
Got few issues, requesting for your helps:
1. I have got a camper shell, from one of the ranger trucks, similar to mine, from a junkyard. But the truck i got it off...
That's the plastic retainer clip I'm referring to. Is there a trick in how it should be installed?
There also isn't much rust on the frames, but I'd have to treat them for future remedies.
I may even lift the truck too. I can only see the leafsprings are just 3 on each sides. I may add two...
I was able to remove the truck bed yesterday. It wasn't that difficult.
