The white lights at top back of cab don't work either but the brake light in the middle does.
Are the white lights at top back of cab also in same circuit as tail lights/tag lights?

Ok so I'm trying to put a efan setup into my 96 B3000.
Both have the 3.0 motor and roughly have the same size radiator.
Easy enough to remove the taurus' fans plus shroud and install into the B3000.
But, how to provide it with the necessary relays, temp switch etc?

I've been trying to find a fan kit for my 1996 B3000 3.0 5speed.
Mostly for mpg increase etc.
I can find the fans but not a kit with on/off temp sensors etc plus the fan or fans?
Is there a plugNplay kit like that or I gotta piece it together myself?

So, after removing the bed, can I mount the taillights etc on 2x4s to make it legal to drive?
After removing Bed I will be replacing shock mounts, shocks, leaf springs etc but this is also a daily driver so I have to do it a weekend at a time.
Hi what's the best way to remove rusted out shock mounts?
They look like rivets holding them in?
Best thing I can think of is to grind off the rivet heads?

I might remove the bed as it's rusted out bad on bottom but on top it has no holes...
I just replaced both coolant sensors last week, one for the dash and one for the ecm and no codes now
Yes when it first starts it runs high idle but as soon as it idles down it starts sputtering until warm
I was getting codes p0118 and p0125 until I changed the sensors now no codes.

Yes I found all the underwood grounds and they seem to be ok, even removed all of them except engine to firewall and cleaned them
I'm going to replace the engine to firewall ground now
Now it runs great when warm but when cold it...
I have 12.88 at batt engine off and then when running 14.80 at batt.
Back to the original reason for the post as I read bad grounds can cause flickering lights or worse.
So far the only bad grounds I found are under the cab and in the back where someone used a shredder on the rear harness...
I started it this morning and running terrible so I plugged the EVAP vac hose and egr vac hose
It's still missing when cold but performance has definitely improved greatly and burning cleaner.
I'm gonna go over the whole egr system today and the EVAP system.
Ok so I got the new alt installed during my lunch hour.
Battery light went out, however the dash gauge with key on engine off still says battery is low and with engine on the gauge goes to a little above middle and still shakes a bit.
Also, the lights all still flicker.
I may do a warranty out...
