right parts, great service. bed bolt kit

Kudo's to RockAuto.
ordered these yesterday at about noon, arrived this morning via standard shipping.
Dorman 924-310, total plus taxes & shipping about $61.
they are larger than stock, about 14mm or 9/16"

they do come with the usual Prop 65 warning, so don't have sex with them in California.

Are those allen bolts or star bolts? Better put some anti-seize on them bolts for the next time you have to take the bed off..... It's a Ford so it WILL come off again lol. Mine were pretty rusted out and I didn't want to spend $70 for 6 bolts and clips so I just bought some grade 8 1/2" bolts from TSC for a few bucks instead. I have a plastic bed liner so you don't even know the bolt heads are there.

I've yet to get wrong parts from them yet, though I have heard stories of people who have. Maybe it's just the angle but the bolt heads look to be lower profile than stock. Not that, that is necessarily a bad thing.

heads are a bit lower profile. hex hole is 8mm or 5/16".
