Must admit an automatic and supercharger would have been nice that day.
It did well though. I think you surprised the hell out of a lot of people with a stock 3.0.

I have a pile of M90s with mechanical throttle bodies and a plasma cutter just sitting here... I can knock out those adapter plates SO FAST. Add aluminum brazing rods, mapp torch, and a cordless drill on your end, and you got yourself a supercharger adapter plate for the 3.0...

Hell, if you size a wastegate and MAF appropriately, you can low budget a low boost blower right on that thing. 3-5 psi and that aluminum armadillo sticking through the hood? That's the last time someone makes fun of your 3.0. ??

Waitwut...

Don't make me buy another Cologne...

Yeah buddy, you have no idea what you are missing out on. Pretty much stock too. :icon_thumby:

I mean there is no way a high school kid would park his Ranger strategically beside his dad's F-350 that is hooked on a trailer and let a little air out of the air shocks to make the truck squat a little... and take a picture. Like really analog photoshop.

Don't fall for it. The 2.8l is so bad we don't even pick on people for having one... we just feel sorry for them.
