How did you do the PCM reset? I haven't inspected mine yet. Im down to three things: PCM, IAC, and replacing throttle body with a rebuilt unit. Im living with this now cuz I choose to spend my $ on higher priority items haha

I did not machine the intake at all when I got the heads resurfaced (0.010") last time. Is there a chart available with recommended corresponding intake machining depths? Does this mean I will need to use higher octane ($$$) fuel from now on?

How far does the TC need to move (toward passenger side) to eliminate all interference? Have you considered that option? Looking at the pics I'm not seeing how clocking it would help. It appears that clocking would bring the outer point of the TC closer to the upper flange of the frame...

Ive been focusing my leak tests on the manifold gaskets. Will give the throttle body a good going over and see if I can identify leakage there over the weekend. thanks!
