I'm trying to add cornering lights to my 2004 FX4 Ranger. I checked at the turn signal stalk and the flasher for 12v when the left and right turn signals are activated but there wasn't any in either location. How do I activate a light to come on continuously while the turn signal is blinking?

Sorry, I'm sure this info exists somewhere on here, I'm just having trouble finding it. I have an 03 FX4 with 16" factory rims. I'm trying to keep the tire height the same, I just want wider tires that stick out farther. I have some questions. Are my factory wheels 16X7 with 4.5" backspacing...
