Is this a combination of body mount bushings and a body lift or is it two stacked body lifts?
The top measures exactly 3" end to end and the bottom 1.5".

It sits about two inches too tall, I may take the BL out. Any ideas of how big of hole would I need to cut and where, to make a doubler fit with no body lift??? either on a 91 Ranger or the 84 BII

Huge. The whole area under the rear bolts of the driver's seat, extending partway up the trans tunnel area.

With my 2" BL I still had to beat up and flatten out a floor crossmember pretty good (and then reinforce it some) to get the case to clear.

I'd leave it alone if it were mine (maybe cut it down to a 2" BL, but no more than that).
