Firefox or TRS Problem?

Wake up in morning. Pour coffee. Log on to TRS. Typical morning right?
For some reason, I had to re-enter my Login and password, which is strange since I have the "remember me" box checked. Browsed TRS a bit then closed Firefox. When I came back later, I had to log on again, even though I checked the box. What the hell?
Firefox had some updates, I think it was yesterday, and I let them install, like I always do. So I thought something wasn't right with the browser. It seemed like it was deleting the cookies every time I closed it. It is a cookie that enables you to not have to enter your password when you check the "remember me box", correct? I checked the settings and the "accept cookies" box is checked, and the TRS cookie show up on the list.

So what's the problem? Is it Firefox? Or is it TRS? I don't get it. I'm having this problem on another Ranger forum as well. I thought that might isolate the problem to my computer, but I'm not sure. I don't kow much about forum software, so I didn't know if both forums shared similar software and that's where the problem is coming from.
Is anyone else having this problem?

Firefox. Sometimes it doesn't remember the passwords to sites.

I don't understand why it's now a problem all of a sudden. It's never done that before.

It will straighten out. Even if it takes a while Firefox stomps a mud hole in the other guys including Chrome, IE8 etc.....

That's annoying. This is the first time it's done this to me and it's already getting on my nerves.

I was hoping to hear that I just needed to tweak a simple setting.

Sorry to hear you're having the same problem, but it's kind of nice to know I'm not the only one....

I have always trusted Firefox not to shaft me. But I'm going to turn it off now, too. Unless they give a detailed description of what future updates consist of, I may not update again.
Is there any way to downgrade 1 version?

Contact Mozella. I've updated each time automatically and I still keep my pre-sets on passwords. It's sometimes a glitch between programs. If you are running a spyware program all the time in the back ground it may not let your password save if it has questions about certain sites (Not the Ranger Station is a problem, but the spyware software doesn't play favorites). Get any program names you have added since you started having this issue, contact Mozella's tech dept and see if they can help. Any issues I've had in the past they got cleared up really fast.

Software will always have glitches, no matter what.

I reinstall all the applications on my work machine weekly...that includes my companies software (which I support), Chrome, IE8, Firefox, Adobe, etc...

There are too many variables for software to always work.

Chrome =
