where is the lowering kit and conversion kits? i did a quick google and only found the off road warehouse page and it doesn't list the edge on the kit so i wasn't sure if it was the right one
By "cheap and easy to lower" I meant crank the bars down and/or flip the keys. I've never had a torsion bar truck, but that's how I've seen it done by others. The rear can be done by pulling the lift block, and if that's not enough then you can do a shackle flip for the price of some nuts/bolts to get another 2 inches or so.
I'm not super familiar with ORW's offering, can you share a link? Most of the coilover conversions that are done are geared towards off road trucks that want lift and longer travel so they do mods to fit a longer shock. For a lowered truck I'm guessing you could run the coilover in almost the exact same location as the factory shock absorber. It might require some minor modification to the upper or lower mounts, but definitely nothing more involved than the welding in most of the offroad kits. I'm guessing with careful shopping you might even find an option
Like these Ridetech's that could be pretty close to bolting in based on the pic from the tech library:
