Actually I don't really know if a 1" lift, tires and aux switches are worth $5k over a FX4. IMO this should be the FX4.

This is my point. You could easily buy a cheaper Ranger, then go outfit it with the tires you want and a lift kit add a switch panel to the dash and do THIS yourself. Ford has put out several different versions of the same truck, separated by the color of your tow hooks. Anybody can paint tow hooks, lol. Or add lift to a truck. There still time for a whole new package that comes with LS front diff, Ford is just dangling carrots in front of y'all meanwhile the Bronco is getting everything the Ranger guys have been asking for.

The tow hook thing is packages offered by Ford's aftermarket accessory line, Ford Performance... which is sorta different than a regular factory package.

"sorta" "kinda" different, but really, mostly, very similar. SO many 4wd options for your Ranger, the ONLY 2wd option you can get is the FX2 package that makes your 2wd look MORE like a 4wd.
