I don't count birthday's anymore...just happy to be looking down at the ground instead of looking up
Our stores here are pretty much stocked up. T/P and everything is available. Guess thats a benefit of living in a smaller city of 30,000.
On a lighter note, wife and I decided to "go out on the town" for dinner.
Went to our local Chicken Emporium ie Chick Fil A. Ordered at the drive thru, then found a tree to park under. Opened the Ranger's tailgate, and had a picnic. Nice sunny afternoon, nice breeze blowing, 70 degrees.
Saw a few others doing the same. Just a sign of the times I guess.
Saw a # of restaurants with lines of patrons standing outside waiting to pick up their to-go orders. Was nice to see people supporting their favorite eateries.

Glad to hear, it's turning around-- Been expecting Gov, to issue a stay at home soon!!!! Some people, have been applying a lot of pressure, in the form of online petitions, and such.

Oh, it's not turning around yet, but as of now we don't have a stay at home order out yet.
Schools are closed for the rest of the school year, and non essential stores are closed. Restaurants are open for drive thru or take out only (order on line and they bring it out to you).
Wal Mart, Target open, as are Lowes and Home Depot, pharmacies open. But smaller shops, barber shops ect are closed.
Any type of business that requires close contact with a customer or person is closed. No barbers, hair salons, church's, dine in only restaurants, furniture and bedding stores, ect, all closed.
Parks open, just keep your distance, and Blue Ridge Parkway, which is just a few miles from us, is open for some nice cruising.

Go thru McDonalds drive thru for a single hamburger, and ask for extra napkins.

By the time you count ag, infrastructure, medical, first responders/LE there are not that terrible many people to stay home here.

Just the same here--Except the stores do not seem to be "catching" up very rapidly--We currently do not have a "stay at home" order----yet.

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
