Items: Spark Plugs (0.044 Gap, Motorcraft Single Platinum), Spark-Plug Wires (Motorcraft), Timing Belt (Motorcraft), Serpentine Belt (Motorcraft), Water Pump with Fan Clutch (Motorcraft), Air Filter (Motorcraft), Oil Filter (Motorcraft), Fuel Filter (Motorcraft), Oil (Mobil-1, Full Synthetic), and Antifreeze (Motorcraft).

What are your thoughts on addressing the camshaft-position sensor, crankshaft-position sensor, throttle-body sensor, idle-air control valve, and mass-flow sensor?

Are they bad? I wouldn't bother fixing what ain't broke, BUT if any of the mentioned sensors are massively easier to replace while doing the rest of your maintenance you might as well.

The one sensor that is bad or inoperable unequivocally is the fuel-sending unit; the fuel gauge never reads differently in spite of refueling.

If they're not malfunctioning I wouldn't bother replacing them.

Mabey buy a can of maf cleaner and clean that, but yeah, no sense in replacing something that isn't broken.

Clean the maf, and clean the IAC. There's zero reason to touch the other sensors unless they are bad. They are not "wear" items like spark plugs. They are simply either functional or not. The MAF and IAC do however get dirty and need to be cleaned periodically. (Use the proper MAF cleaner for the maf sensor, do not use carb cleaner, you can use anything on the IAC valve but coating safe throttle body cleaner is safest). While your cleaning, worth doing the throttle body. Again DO NOT USE CARB CLEANER! You have to use coating safe throttle body cleaner or you will destroy it.
