My 2004 ranger edge 3.0 keeps giving me these codes. New plug and ignition module. Heads reworked about 2yrs ago with limited driving. Can anyone help?

I checked spark with spark checker all looked good. I tried new plug first. I can swap wires on module and still #5 cylinder.

It could be a plugged/dead injector... I would do a quick compression test on number 5 just to ensure it makes compression. Does it feel like a dead miss when running?

On a side note... do you raise beagles?

Well… welcome to TRS.

I just asked because I just may be in the market for a pup. I've had a couple beagles... they are on the short list.
