Has anyone done a 203/203/205? Is this even possible? I’m not concerned about length or weight of unit

Not sure about triple cases. Do a search on member "gwaii", he's had some very interesting builds. IIRC one had 2 transmissions and 2 transfer cases. Lowest gear was 2400 to 1 or something like that.

3 transmissions (1 ZF5 and 2 np435s) and 3 np205s.

Sorry, it's only 2 NP205s, not 3.

I don't have a pic, but:
The engine (460) is in the bed with the front at the back of the cab.
Backed by a ZF5 and married NP205.
From the front output, a driveshaft runs to a pair of NP435s and a married NP205 under the driver.
From there the driveshafts run to the axles.

I'm just gonna pretend to understand all of this and nod my head in agreement.
