hey guys I got a 85 b2 with a 2.8l 5speed im trying to run bigger tires atleast 37s.. I am all stock right now what exactly would I need to do to get the power loss back from those bigger tires? whats a good gear? and is there good gears for that big of tire for a twin ibeam set up?

you need to repost this in the main bronco 2 forum to get people to see it....
for 37s and a 2.8 , you might need 488 or 513 gears to have any power...

When you say pocket flares, are they the cut-out style or not? I'm trying to get an idea of the clearance of 35s on a first gen.

To me that looks like like they're just wider to cover your wide tires.
my mistake....they are extend a fenders i think.....

got the cutouts on...front was a pain...used an air nibbler to do the cut...much more tire clearance now! makes my 35s look small!!

Thanks, I already bought some skyjacker arms....they look really tuff and well built....found out that i could get them for 200 for the pair! hope to get them on soon...

I really like your flairs you don't see those around.I like your console too went to the junk yard looking for seats and didn't see any consoles like that.It would be nice to have a way to hold a drink.
