That's an easy fix...Taking pictures with the camera sideways can cause what I am seeing.
Ctrl, ALT and arrow right will fix it too. That's an easy fix...
On my iPhone:
Double click home button. Swipe the icon screen to the right. Hit the lock orientation button. Turn phone sideways and look at the pic as if it was normal. It takes all of 2 seconds.
On my desktop:
Grab monitor, lift, turn 90 degrees, view pic as normal.
On my laptop, while using my tv as the monitor (which I'm guilty of doing all the time. ):
Turn head sideways and look like an idiot to anyone watching me.
Dont go giving out real ways to fix it... Its either turn the monitor sideways or nothing...Ctrl, ALT and arrow right will fix it too.
Also of note Ctrl, Alt and arrow up to just fix your now screwed up display.
Now we're thinking! How about a wall mounted chair with a head strap...just in case you have more than one image sideways...
