That's not the point! Their fed up with the state. Cost of living out there has to be crazy as is labor cost. Why do so many companys move South or overseas? Duh - let me think about that.

x2 crawlin, CTD has rubbed me the wrong way too many times. you can always find anything you want somewhere else cheaper than they sell it and with better service.

Well they seem happy here in Texas, they probably are making a killing off the gun hype, I went into their store about a month ago, and just 20 rounds for 7.62x39 was 30 dollars. And AR's were around 2,000. But I did manage to pick up a bipod for only 10 bucks. Was the cheapest thing in there lol.

gotta buy in bulk. i got 500 rounds of 762x39 shipped to my door for $200 even. that's still $8 a box though, double what the stuff used to go for. when i was in college, Academy sold 20 round boxes for $2.99!!!! if i could go back, i'd go take a loan out at the bank and clean them out a couple times lol

lol, I hear you there! If I would have had any idea these crazy prices and limited availablity were coming, I would have stocked up on all the good stuff, I remember buying 9mm for $5 a box, now it's over $20 a box locally when you can find it.
