Had a bit of downtime at work so I've been clearing up some snow drifts out here in the parking lot for about 2 hours. Hehe.

I like those :icon_rofl:

When we first got our major snow fall, one of my rims was like that, but the other 3 had no snow on them.

ive done that, the bad news is that heat from the brakes causes a little snowmelt, the snow/water runs down to the lowest point inside the rim and re-freezes. then you have some very out of balance tires for awhile!

No biggie. weathers been bouncing above and below freezing so it shouldn't be a problem for long. Not to mention when I drove off all the snow came off the front rims.... I put a lot of work into those Damnit

I'm from Loo-z-anna..........are those

SNOW_CAPS.......waaaaaaaaaaaahahhahahahhahaa

sorry......had to doit.......

oh i've seen those, you can take a leak on them and create whatever type of design you want

+1 I always had a problem with that with the stock aluminum 16 inch wheels, never had a problem with 15x8 soft 8s. weird.

I actually started to get a shake after this, it was bad enough to wobble my steering wheel. I took the wheel off, no ice on the rims, so i checked my balljoints, tie rod, and tightened my bearing nut on one side and as i was putting it all back together i found this.

I did all that work for nothing, didnt even look at the damn tire when i took it off.
Oh well, 40 bucks and im back on the road.

Kinda like the winter version of a dirt-tracker's "mud plug"....

If all your tires are that dry rotted, you might want to go spend another $120 and replace the other 3.
