yard sale/auction finds.

Anyone go to yard sales or general auctions? my step dad wanted to go to this estate auction today and I wasn't working so i said what the hell I'll tag along. i will admit I'm usually not one for going to these types of sales but when they put this 8 point mount up and i won the bid for $15.00 i was kind of shocked .. knowing what mounts usually go for i was wondering about it.
I got it handed to me and i was looking on the back and there was a date of DEC,1,1947 in venango county,PA in a little town called Pithole which is really close to the birth of the oil industry here in my state.

I think its one of them DEAD type deer. Good find Grey I go to auctions too and have had some major finds.
