i aint got the money fer one the few lifts ment fer the 1998 rangers but i can afford the 1997 lifts...would it fit? wat would i have to change/fabricate? Any an all help would be amazin thanks

Unless you do as JohnnyO said and do either 1. Body Lift ~$150 or 2. Torsion bar crank ~free (cost of alignment). Other than that, bust out the wallet.

so if i wanted to go higher theres no chance without spendin a shit load of money right?
Yes. You are correct.
A TT and bodylift will fit 33's.
The Superlift kit will fit 33's.
You want to go higher than what? The late-model front end is not happy with tires larger than 33's. If you want to run 35's or larger then you need to learn how to change tie rod ends, ball joints, wheel bearings, busted CV's, and halfshafts if you don't already.
