1.5 ton ranger

Also, according the the autocheck, the previous owner hit a pedestrian, so this is this truck haunted? I'd like to know.:icon_confused:

(kidding,I don't actually believe in that superstitious bullshit!)

Looks to me like it's got a 4 or 6" lift on it and the weight of the plow is unloading the rear axle pretty substantially.

+1, its got alot of space in those wheel wells

that plow shouldnt be that heavy...plus its sitting on the ground...

looks like they did a body lift and threw some big honkin bloock under it or changed packs

Plows are typically a couple hundred lbs. Even though it is resting on the ground, it may not be putting down ground pressure to relieve the weight of the plow frame and mount, in which case it would still be somewhat nose heavy.

IIRC Will on here plows with his BII and put air bags in the front coils to help give the front suspension the extra support to handle the weight of the plow.

i have a set of motorcraft air bags my stepdad got with his 95 F150 that had the plow package , and yes they do go in the front coils
