When I start my truck after I have let it set over night, it will bogg down from 950 to 450 rpm then it jumps back up to 950 and is fine after that. It only does that if I let it set for a long period (over night). Any ideas?

Thanks,
JDG

does it have codes present?? could anything to the AIC is sticky to coolant temp sensor.

does it only do this once per cold start or does it fluctuate until warm?

Mine does the same thing, sometimes it'll bog so far it stalls. I used a triple shot of Lucas injector cleaner for a while and it slowly cleared up, but that was too expensive for me, and it came back after I stopped using the Lucas. Whether that means my injectors are dirty, or that the Lucas just changed the combustibility of gasoline in the cold engine I don't know. lol

It only does it when I first start it after it sets for at least 8 hrs. There aren't any codes present.
