Is there a way to change the oil pan gasket without pulling the motor or dropping the front diff?

If you can't get the pan completely off, I would not do it. It's too easy for the old gasket pieces to fall into the pan and get sucked up into the oil pump screen.

On some vehicles you can take the motor mounts loose, lift it up and put blocks of wood between the mounts to hold the engine up for clearance. Not sure about your situation.

Can you snug the bolts a little bit to slow the leak?

I haven't done anything yet it needs a bunch of things for inspection and it's dripping on the exhaust. Axle seal, ball joint, plate light little jobs besides the oil pan gasket.
