None at all.
I'm trying to find out the specs for the Mazda Duratec 2.3L manual transmission for the 2002 and up trucks. The tech guide doesn't list specs for the 2.3L Duratec manual transmissions.

like ratios? or torque specs?

the one in my 2005 is still going after about 370,000 miles.

the same innerds are used for both the 2.3 and 3.0, only the front of the case is different.

Ratios

3.72, 2.20, 1.50, 1.00. 0.79.

It's the same M5OD-R1 inside as behind any other M5OD-R1 in a Ranger or explorer that didn't have a 4.0L

Rangers used the M5OD-R1(M5R1) model from 1988 thru 2011
Mazda B-series 1994 thru 2010

Specs are here: https://www.f150hub.com/trans/m5od-r1.html

The "R1HD" ratios were only used with 4.0l engines 1990-2011
4cyl or 3.0l V6 used "R1" ratios

M5R1 has integrated bellhousing so an M5R1 will only bolt to one engine model

Thanks guys. I'm looking at the 3.0L version for a diesel swap. It seems to have the best ratios. I may still have to regear to a 3:73 from 4:10. If I do, I will upgrade to an 8.8 out of a newer model Ranger preferably with limited slip.

I would check what adapter plates are available
As said M5R1s do not have a removable bell housing like many manuals had

look at the toyota and gm ar5 and nissan transmissions as well if your looking to do a diesel swap. might get you better ratios for the application.

I am aware. Kubota Swappers has the kit but I'm planning to build my own. Won't be my first go round with making adapters. There were very few companies making swap adapters in the 90s and 90s.
