Looking for help anyone have info on these trucks ?

Saved this old girl from the crusher last week bought parts trucks because it was stripped guy was drag racing it.
Dose anyone know who made them cant find any info ive only found 2 pics online of similar trucks be cool to know story behind thise truck and who built them
has a tag in the cab that's says it #6 of 10

Roll-along, centurion, and a couple others did stuff with rangers...but ive never seen that before

#6 of 10 built seems like maybe it was part of some special promotion or giveaway at one point?

A company called Coachbuilders did those.

They did a lot of Toyotas

Guy I got it from said he bought it new from dealership in 89 it was in the show room guy at dealership said it was aftermarket company built 10 that went to different dealership to see if people would be interested in them. But he didn't know who built them. I had to save it I love ugly and unusual cars and I'm a tow guy so figured it be good little serives truck when it's done

I rescued mine from the scrapper to. Not nearly as unique as yours but its a good feeling.
