I just purchased the truck and I am having a issue with it starting. It has fuel getting to the injectors. It has spark at the plugs but will not start. Are there any suggestions as to what I might need to check next. It does have the check engine light on but there are no codes. Any help would help. Thanks

If CheckEngineLight is ON, then there are TroubleCodes.
Be sure your OBD2 Scanner reads both StandardSAE + ProprietaryFord Data & TroubleCodes;
many FreeToUse PartsStore Scanners read only minimal SAE info.
Really need your own Scanner, for TroubleShooting a vehicle in your own Garage\Driveway.
One that will do the job via BlueTooth+SmartPhon or USB+WIndowsLapTop, can be had for $25~$150.

With Engine OFF, spray a little StarterFluid into the Intake.
If it Starts+Runs a few seconds then Stalls, you've got a Fuel issue: FuelInjectors \ FuelFilter \ FuelPump ...
If it does not Start, you've got a Spark\Electrical issue: Plugs \ Wires \ CoilPack \ PCM \ Ignition InterLocks ...
