B4000 & Ranger body parts swap?

I have a 2000 B4000 with front end damage from deer strike.
Truck needs front bumper assembly, grill, front fender.
Mazda parts seem expensive and hard to find.
Will Ranger parts of same year interchange?
Any advice or experience is greatly appreciated.
I’ve owned several Rangers over the years but this is first Mazda.

The front end and sheet metal is different between the Ford and Mazda trucks even though the powertrain and basic structure is the same. It would not be a direct, bolt on swap. You could make it happen but it would take a lot of parts swapping to do it.
