Everything looks better lower
When I was 5 years old I was amazed to see a brand new shiny truck, with Bright Red Interior. I crawled around that truck For the next ten years. Dreaming up all kinds of whatever, Listening to music. You know whatever. Finally the day came and my Grandpa said If I had the money I could buy it. 16 years old and the truck was mine. Long story short, I still own that 88 Ranger I fell in love with as a little kid. I am ready to restore it, (Well, restore it loosely) red interior and all. Currently I own a 86 Ranger in blue, same specs as my first truck. and an 89 2.3l shorty. This second truck was a fluke. Someone I bought heads off of called up one day when I needed a vehicle pretty bad. He said he had a ranger for 500 bucks and it runs, so I bought it. Well, It sort of ran, chugs and coughed all the way home. It's been fun though, getting it to run well, and It does run well. Just wanted to introduce myself since I'm kinda somewhat active. From WA State.

88....good year.

Ill see what kinda pics I got. lol and thanks. the first pics are from the 86 when I bought it a year ago.

these are of my truck now and some of the build along the way... I put a 3 inch body lift, made the drop brackets/shackles and relocated the both bumpers 3 inches higher. And the second pic os of my 35s that I found for free at my buddies neighbors house. which started off the build. Next has to be radius arms and Paint.

Thanks
Nice fix on the front bumper mounting.

That was a long day in this little one car garage but definitely worth it. Also, The fog lamps where made in 1986, same year as the truck, new in box none the less.
