1997 Explorer 5.0 in 1998 Ranger 2.5

Hello I'm currently in the process of swapping a 302 from a 1997 explorer awd into a 1998 ranger 2.5 2wd 5 speed and I'm wondering if anyone has the pinout for both vehicles 42 pin connectors and if possible let me know which ones I may or may not have to switch or anything else I may need for the swap. Already have the engine adaptor plates that use 4.0 mounts and fuel rails from a return less 5.0 that are getting put on along with a foxbody t5. Any help is appreciated
