1994 B3000 won't charge.

I can't find what I'm looking for in the tech articles. Working on a 94 Mazda B3000 with a 5 speed. Just replaced alternator, still hovering at 12v running. Checked fuses, all good to include the alternator ones. I have battery voltage at the alternator, and power on the yellow wire. Battery light on dash is NOT coming on...in fact, no gauges are working.
