If you have the 4 prong nut with keyed washer, then another 4 prong nut, the inner one gets a final torque to like 35 inlbs... or whatever keeps it nice n tight but still spins freely. The outer gets the real tightening, that you lock that damn thing on there for dear life.

It really sounds like you need to hang out with some guys that are a lot bigger than you lol
