LOL yeah man I know what a 3Link is, I was more referring to the rear. He wants (wanted?!) to stack 8" block under his 8" lift leaf springs and Belltech shackles. I think that's gonna make it a sloppy pos! I've also got my doubts about getting good steering geometries and pinion angle on the Dana60 using the stock radius arms and lifting it as much as he wants.
We're both pretty new to the SAS world, we got a good luck at MONSTER of a Dakota/F350 for a bit before the guy moved back east. That guy had some pretty big King coil-overs and he made his own 3-Link in the front and used Heim joints and and and ($$$)! His pinion angle still SUCKED, and he didn't have a front dshaft more then he did.
Correct me if I'm wrong LiLRanger, but I think he (LiLRanger) just wants to get these 1 ton diffs geared/locked, and into his truck the cheapest way possible - without it being a pig! Next year or maybe year after start Linking it/King coil-overs.
Anyone got any words of wisdom for him?
