Brake Line Extesions ???

adding a 4 in lift and noticed the brake calipers dont line back up with the rotors i dont have the engine or tranny/t-case in it so i dont know if that would change the compression of the front springs ??? i need some help:icon_confused:

still you will need extended brake lines to allow your suspension to have full drop without ripping out your brake lines. contact the manufacture of your susp. kit and they should have extended brake lines for your truck.

i had this problem too, i bought one extended brake line from a TRS'er and noticed all i would have to of done was on the drivers side bend a new line and move the line to the rear side of the spring. (very short line as the distribution block is right there on the frame). and on the other side very carefully bend the existing line behind the spring as well. i just zipped tied them to the coil bucket but i really should have drilled a new hole and actually mounted them. On the side i didn't have a different hose i just took the line out of the coil bucket and it was long enough then.

yeah you dont want your brake lines to be your limiting straps aswell, cause they wont work to well. :D

Chevy suburban lines will give you the length you need part ## BH38622 and BH38623. 04 super duty lines work as well.
