I am new here and have never written into one of these sites. I just became an owner of a cool looking 88 Ranger GT. I haven't seen too many others like this one. White with Dark Red interior and a Split Bench Seat and LOADED!! 16" Wheels and low profile tires. The truck is all stock except the CD player, amp and speakers. The wheels I'm not positive about, even though the Window Sticker from FORD says optional wheels!? Regardless, I LOVE THIS little truck!!! :icon_hornsup: Better mileage than my F250 w/460 and 4X4!! I haven't seen too many with White paint and Dark Red interior , especially with a Split Bench Seat. The wheels I have seen on ONE other white GT. How do I post PICS of my truck???? Any help would be APPRECIATED by this "OLD" man!!

Yes that's my truck. Looks better in person by far!!! Trying to sell it now since my son is 6'2" and 270 and really doesn't fit into it too well!! OOPS!! Only 1 ding in the body and all original paint. A few chips and scratches, but for a truck that old, better than many 1 or 2 year old vehicles! Drives like new!!

By the way, I DID NOT STEAL THAT TRUCK!! The only time I "stole it" was from the original owner earlier this year. He bought it brand new and did nothing but go to shows and cruises with it and had a long list of pictures and paperwork from day !! SO NO THIS TRUCK IS NOT THAT ONE!! MINE IS IN MUCH BETTER SHAPE AND HAS NO MISSING ORIGINAL PARTS! The vins aren't even the same.

What is ironic though, is that this truck only "kind of" replaces a truck of mine that was stolen in January 2009 from my back yard. It WAS a 2001 Ford Harley Davidson F150! Not quite as nice and roomy and FAST, but still a unique Ford truck none the less!! I can gaurentee that after 10 years missing, that truck is in a whole bunch of pieces!! I do feel for you though, I've had 4 vehicles stolen from me since 1981!! A 1970 Chevelle SS w/454 LS6 and 4 speed. A 1982 Ford Bronco, a 1967 Mercury Monterey all custom with a 429 swapped in. NO insurance on any except the Harley truck! GET INSURANCE!! EVEN IF THEY ARE PARKED AND NOT DRIVING!! CAR THIEVES SUCK!!

I would brutally murder someone if I had a Chevelle like that stolen from me :icon_surprised:
