As requested here's a little more on what I've been up to since I sold my 2.3 T Ranger...
It's a stock internal V6 motor with reworked stock manifolds flipped forward to a POS Temporary Turbo, tons of little work things that you cant see like intercooler install and moving the Rad forward 1" to make things fit and such. It has single to dual GT take off exhaust, and a GT 8.8 rearend and J-modded Auto Tranny. I also bumped up the wiring to the GT-40 Fuel Pump. I'm controlling everything with SCT Advantage Software and and Excal2.
I'm going to run about 10# which will conservatively put me around the 300 RWHP mark... I could run more (up about 15# ~375-400 RWHP)on the stock internals, but this be me DD and I just wanted to add a little umpf...
I didn't take many pictures of the progress along the way but I picked up the car for $5,500 a year ago and not counting the GT Rear and Exhaust (which I pulled off my other car that I put an 04 IRS in) and SCT Software, the total cost to turbocharge it comes to about $1,800 (100% of the build, design and labor also not included.)
So I get a 2000 Mustang V6 that will outrun a stock 03-04 Cobra for about $7,300.
Here's some pics.
