duraspark dizzy?????

ok well i bought the dizzy and noticed that if u hold the gear u can still turn the stator is it sposed to do that? cause i have never noticed that on any other kind of dizzy

If you hold the gear you should not be able to turn the rotor very much. You should be able to turn it a few degrees one way or the other and back, I would guess 20-30*. This movement is for the vacuum advance. If you can turn it like 90* that's probabaly excessive. Your old dizzy didn't use it they adjusted your timing in the computer, so it shouldn't have turned at all.

it'll turn till u stop turning it. it does have a little spring back to it tho
