When I'm wheeling, esp. during flexing, my windshield and back window makes all kind of creaking and cracking noises. I have no idea why its doing this but it sounds like the glass is going to blow out and fly 20ft forward:icon_surprised: or crack right in half
Should I get a new windshield and back window?? I'm kind of afraid too cause if the body is tweaked at all, the new glass wont fit, and ill have the same problem correct??

its normal for a little bit of popping and creaking from body joints and the like while flexing. i certainly wouldnt spend the money to replace glass that isnt cracked. check your cab bushings and make sure they are solid.

You can also check the small nuts that hold the rear window in place. You'll have to remove the interior trim to get to them. I know on my 91 all the nuts were backed right off and the damn thing was just about falling out. Same with both rear quarter windows.
