well after a few weeks of frustration an what not i finally was able to brew up my new bumper.. had a unexpected problem when i bought my new plasma cutter. but got it all worked out an built a new bumper

this is what we figured out with cardboard..

redesigned it a bit to give it a cleaner look... i just through it on the truck to get an idea of what it would look like..

not entirely done yet.. still have to cut out light holes/ mount tow points an figure out a way to mount it to the frame.
saved all the carboard to build another if anyone is interested..

ill will post up more pics when its finished

Kind of a big hole for your lights there. Are you concerned that the hole size might compromise the bumpers integrity? Looks like a great build, keep us posted...:icon_thumby:

here are a few better pics of how the bumper will actually be set on the truck. the lights arent going to be as big as the holes pictured.. i just did that to get a rough ideal an to see if a pair i had would fit but they wont.. so iam going with some 4 inch ones.

any one have any pics on how their brackets are mounted? thats still sorta up in the air on a good way to mount it to the frame.. still trying to ponder ideas..

that is looking better with every addition.....

you should make it a winch mount bumper and mount the winch in behind it!

That looks amazing. How much did you spend making it?
