Backspacing...

I am getting 31x10.50x15's for my '86 BII.....the ONLY 15x8 steelies that I can find have 4" backspacing...is that too much?

Yea I saw those, but I don't like the style and price....the Cragars are $38 each.....

Is 4" too much? It is only .25"

Fixed it


4" BS should be fine, yes. You could always use the ¼" thick wheel spacer shims that go between the rotor and the wheel if you want.

yea i think i will go with what i got and if it rubs slightly, i will get some 1/4" wheel spacers....

BTW: i don't really care for the "wagon" wheel look.....but thanks for clearing that up for me Junkie...
