sleeping gear:
compact sleeping bag rated to 30*F
colman sleeping bag (used together in winter months)

kitchen:
main stove jetboil zip with two extra 250g fuel canisters
secondary esbit folding stove with 6 fuel tabs and 2 trioxane packets and a pack or matches that is all packed in a generic aluminum mess kit.
3pc stainless utencil set
for food i have a dry sack packed with anywhere from 3-7 days of food depending how you ration yourself, which is mixed from mountain house freeze dried food down to 22 cent ramen noodles, along with two MRE'S. also threw in one of those 6 spice shakers. i like my food to tase good.

two or three bandanas
msr pack towel, just bigger than a hand towel but can dry my whole body.
toiletry bag with tooth brush/paste, deordorant, razor, multi use soap, small scrub pad for cookware, large and small hand warmers. roll of TP
basic first aid kit with bandages, gauze, ointments, pills, etc.
streamlight stylus, streamlight sidewinder 90* flashlight w/ red green blue led and S.O.S. strobe. energizer headlamp with 4 lightmodes including red led.
extra batteries for all lights
roughly 20' of heavy duty duct tape
tent repair kit and heavy duty industrial heat shrink wrap
super glue
binoculars
waterproof map case with local and state maps
3 diffrent ropes, one general use "utility" cord, 80' od paracord, and 30' heavier duty rope, slightly thicker than para cord but rated to about 1000lbs
