isnt 285 ruffly 32"?? I dont think you'll have any problems, mainly just flexing, maybe an occasional sharp turn....Plenty of people on here run 285's....

285's are 33",
265's are 32"

Some people run them with no problems and other say they rub when flexing the suspension, so it's your call.

My credo
"220, 221, whatever it takes."
With the torsion bars cranked they should fit fine. Might rub at full compression if you off-road. The rears will be fine.

they will rub off road and during turns. I think you need like a 4" lift to clear 33's.
i wanted to do the same size on my 07 but can't afford the lift.

yes it is the width but it also adds to the hight as well.. do a tire size conversion and you will see..
