Ok, so I went to the Ford Dealership today because of the speed control switch recall, and they said that they don't know how I haven't had a blow out yet (I knew I was getting close to needing new tires, just not this close) haha, but anyways, I figured since I'm going to need new tires, I'm going to go ahead and lift it as well. Unfortuantely it'll only be a 3" body lift (all I can afford). Now the question at hand is, can I fit 285/75/R16 or 305/70/R16 with just the body lift, and if not, what about if I crank the torsion bars as well? Thanks everyone.

With a 3" BL and T bar crank you should be able to fit the 285's with very little rubbing if any at all. I think you would have some rubbing with the 305's at full turn and wouldn't suggest these if your using your stock rims.
