Ok so I have a question. What two screws hold the ICM to the distributor? Are they phillips, bolts, hex, allen or what? I need to pull mine off to make sure that it is actually not causing it to start. If anybody has a phyiscal picture of the screw head that would be fantastic.

A little history for why its not starting: new plugs and wires, fairly new cap and rotor(all contact is good), new coil, battery, and starter.

The test light shows that power goes from the coil to the cap, but not past it to the plugs.

Any ideas on why its not starting? If it is the distributor I am going to sell it, I hate this car when it doesn't run.
