Got bored and decided to rebuild the carb on my 2.8. Never done one before and was looking for some tips/tricks/diy links, etc. Anything that would help make this go smoothly for a first timer.

Not sure if this helps, but the metal tag on the carb is "E57E-BA" below it is "F5B15."

Clean. Like most mechanical things get it clean and keep it clean;blow out everything with compressed air.
Be careful with the screws because the carb bodies are soft metal and easy to strip or cross thread.
Coat the top gasket with Chapstick - the wax makes disassembly later easy.
Be careful with the floats when reassembling.

That's all I can think of for now.
