Modifications:
6-Inch suspension lift
Each leaf pack consists of '96 Ranger main and overload springs, with the Trailmaster tapered blocks, and a pair of factory F-150 add-a-leafs.

On board air  What a blast!  The original A/C compressor delivers enough air to run a 1/2" impact gun, and will fill my tanks from 0-160 psi in under 2 minutes.  The system runs an air chuck at the front and rear of the truck, as well as pressure gauges at the tank and dash.  A set of air horns from a 5 ton reefer truck.  I can air up from 12 psi to 45 psi in under 10 minutes for the full set of tires.

I have 32/11.5/15 BFG M/T's on the rear, with Wild Country M/T's on the front for the trail, and 255/60/15 Dunlop rain tires for on the street.  The street tires just scream with the 3.73 gears, so I may need to forget about using 1st gear on the street when the 4.10  L/S gets installed (swapped from the wife's Pavement Queen).

The front and rear bumpers are both Ranger rear step bumpers.  The front step bumper was notched about 10" at each end, and bent up for clearance.  An F150 push bar and custom brush guards were bolted to the front, and tow hooks added to the top of the frame rails.  Then I hacked about 5" out of the lower fender, between the bumper and the wheel well.  As well as aiding the approach angle, this did wonders for the Bronco's "look".

Also adding to the "look" are a Lund sunvisor, blacked out trim, and a 102" whip antenna, as well as numerous decals and bits of vanity...
The tail lights are protected by a set of custom guards I fabricated from the shields off an old power supply.  They don't look half bad, and they cost me nothing.  They have also saved the cost of tail light lenses at least twice!  The head lights have stone guards, and the 6" offroad lights are mounted at the rear outside edges of the hood to keep them away from most damage, with driving and fog lights, as well as another pair of off road lights still to go...

The engine is a '76 Mustang II 2.8l, with the EEC-IV/TFI ignition (WHAT A NIGHTMARE!), and an MSD 6 Ignition box, with a K&N filter, fed by dual air intakes (the stock 2.8 intake, with a second hole cut in the filter housing, and the intake hose from a 2.3l Ranger bolted right in, for a "stock" look)

A bonus with the Mustang II engine is the clutch and pressure plate (the Mustang II used a 9" disc, 1" larger than is available for the Bronco II and Ranger)

The Mazda (Toyo-Kogyo) 5-speed O/D tranny was rebuilt in '99.

The transfer case, front driveshaft, and diffs are all original.
