mass air flow sensor body

I have a 02 EDGE 3 liter flex fuel. The body of my Mass Air Flow Sensor is cracked and I want to replace it. My question is what other years of Ranger 3.0 flex fuel compatible with my 02 EDGE. I may go to a junk yard to look, but not around hear. The junk yards in my area are not user friendly. most charge as if the part were new, coming from the dealer and act as if you can't do with out them being there.

If you are talking about the housing that the MAF sets down in I have one that came off my '03 ranger. I bought a used MAF and it came with the housing that mounts to the airbox and that the intake tube connects to. I think the '02 is the same. Maybe you could post a pic? If it is the same you can have the one I have if you pay for shipping. I wouldn't think just that part would be that expensive at a junkyard though.

I sent you a pm. Most of the junk yards around here are hard to deal with. They act like they have some valuble collectors piece , as if they are a legend in thier own mind. Sort of like the person that has a old car in the yard , a pure rust bucket and they won't sell.
