Hey guys, just a quick question. I'm still looking into getting the fabtech 3" spindle lift, but now have some questions on warranty. My friends older 2x4 ranger with coilovers (99 I think) recently ran into a rock and ended up breaking his fabtech spindle in half which caused all sorts of damage. I know he was goin a decent speed but still, breaking the thing in half?

My question is has anybody else had this happen to them or know of it happening? And if so is there any type of warranty?

My credo
it is easier to fix and understand than "her"
it happens.

the harder you run the more you break. warranty is a altogether different deal. that to me is agreed expectations between user and manufacturer if both agree ahead of time.

you cross the line and bust it you pay.....it breaks in agreed terms...then you get some sort of adjustment.

stupid question by doorgunner (since I stay on asphalt): what would be a decent speed for hitting a rock & maintaing the warranty? seems on the same level as installing an after-market drive-shaft & seeing how may hole-shots you can do in an hour :icon_surprised:....
