i had someone inquire what i did for sway bar disconnects, i guess some people dont run them at all. but, my trucks pretty tall, and its an explorer. it sways pretty bad...heres what i did to fix my sway bar decision.

bought these pins at home depot, real cheap. forgot the size, but what i did was take my whole connector rod off and bring it with me.

how do you keep the sway bar from swinging freely after you pull the pin?

here ya go

when i pull the pins it doesnt have play to swing freely...the rubber bushing inserts extrude a little bit so i just tighten the connecting rod where it bolts to the sway bar a little more and that solves that problem...where my sway bar mounts to the frame, it is also enclosed in rubber bushings...its tight enough that when i fold my sway bar up, it stays...safely out of the way. its the perfect cheap solution to the sway bar problem.

only if you have extended links....or it limits droop on about 3" lifts and up.

what i've been thinking about is what bar to use in the rear so the links attach to the axle not the sway bar
