Default engine has auto throttle and more issues

i have an 05 4.0L ranger edge, i was involved in a hit an accident. after i got the body work done i went to drive it around and the throttle wanted to stick around 2 grand, if you push the clutch in and hit the throttle it would drop down bellow normal idle rpm. the engine lobes like it has a cam and will die if it idles to long or is not warm. when ya touch the clutch while driving the rpm will shoot up and stays at about 3 to 3.5 grand. the other issue is the turn signals wont come on the park lights work, the dash lights come on but dont flash. i have checked the relays and flashers all good. put two switches in same thing. the hazzards do work. if someone could please shed some light it would be very helpful.
